Randstad – The belief in People

300 pages of impressive Randstad business history, corporate culture and brand story. In every sense, ‘Working on a dream’ is a collector’s item. Published in five languages and in an extra bookshop edition in the Netherlands, you cannot fail to be impressed by this book.

The production with its Dutch design is magnificent.

Feel the subtle punching on the hard cover, appreciate the five-colour layout and enjoy the 50 stories of Randstad employees around the world. ‘Know, serve and trust’ – experience the personal story of founder and visionary Frits Goldschmeding as well. Our storytelling approach produces stories that do what they are supposed to do: you experience the story yourself, as it were.

“Now that the books are available in all five languages, we can only say: it is 100% a book by and for Randstad. During such a long process of collaboration, you really get to know each other’s value. In that respect, it has been a confirmation for us of our choice for you. Thank you for your commitment, passion and professionalism.”

Randstad

Founder Frits Goldschmeding was there at the start of the flexibilisation of the employment market. The history of Randstad is, of course, the story of this entrepreneur and the company he created with his passion. In addition, Randstad wanted (on the occasion of its 40th anniversary?) to define its business values. These are reflected in the pride with which people work there.

In order to portray that, we opted for the ‘Randstad canon’: fifty visual elements together tell the story of the company, its founder and the people who still embody and shape the company today.
